Nestled within Moss End Garden Village, Robyn’s Nest Cafe is popular with families. Berkshire mum Zoe of @adventuresoftheandjax has kindly shared her review.
A independent Berkshire cafe, Robyn’s Nest is lovely with lots of space. They have recently introduced their toys back into the top park of the seating area so you can enjoy a coffee or food while the little ones play.
They have a good choice for breakfast and lunch with fresh ingredients and something to appeal to all tastes. There are classic breakfasts, veggie and vegan options or indulge with pancake stacks. Lunch options range from baked potatoes to bloomer sandwiches and the kids menu has the classics with fish fingers, chicken nuggets, sausages or keep it simple with beans on toast.
We went around 2pm on a Thursday and Thea & Jaz had the toys to themselves and it was nice and quiet.
The café also run and mum & baby coffee morning every Wednesday at 10am. No need to book, you can just turn up. There are baby changing facilities, they’re breastfeeding friendly and have a bottler warmer available too. Add in some great cake and it’s a great way to meet other mums in a relaxed environment.
You can also feed the fish in the garden centre for £1 while you’re there.
